Ingredients2 cups almond milk
1-inch piece unpeeled ginger, thinly sliced
1/3 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and peppercorns to a simmer. Remove from the heat, place a lid on the saucepan and steep for 10 minutes. Poor through a wire strainer and sweeten with honey to taste.
