White Hot Chocolate

Serves 2
White Hot Chocolate


2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 drop red food coloring, optional
Whipped cream for garnish
Marshmallows for garnish
Sprinkles for garnish



Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the milk begins to steam, turn off the heat; add the white chocolate, vanilla and salt and stir until chocolate is melted. If desired, add a drop of food coloring to tint the hot chocolate pink. Garnish with whipped cream, marshmallows and sprinkles.
