Serves 2-4
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie Bowl


1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
1/2 medium avocado, peel and pit removed
2 cups loosely packed spinach
2 tablespoons natural peanut or almond butter
3/4 cup almond milk
Assorted fruits


To a blender, add the banana, avocado, spinach, peanut or almond butter and almond milk. Blend until smooth, adding additional almond milk as needed. Divide mixture between two bowls and top with fruit and granola.
