In 1976? My mom won Carnival Queen in 8th grade Mannsville Elementary School. All the pictures she owned from that day burned in a house fire and she hasnt seen in decades. If anyone has a picture or yearbook with that picture I would love a copy for her. Her name was Evelyn Pugh. —Celestia P.
